Growing up n the South Shore of Long Island, New York I spent many of my spring and summers on the beach surfing, on boats and jet skis and enjoying fun in the sun by the ocean.
I was always into fitness, working out and playing sports. Out door sports were always intriguing to me including beach sports like spike ball, volleyball and even football in the sand.
A little over six years ago I was introduced to Paddle Boarding and I guess you can say I became obsessed. It was such a great full body work out and my wife and I started making it a daily routine.
Exploring the around the bay and even paddle boarding to a few of the local water front restaurants and bars. We are now paddle board enthusiast that enjoy testing out new paddle boards, having local meet ups and reviewing the best paddle board accessories.
